The road from Gurgaon to Jaipur passes several large industrial areas: IMT Manesar, Dharuhera, Bawal and Neemrana. Route and timing

The truck leaves Gurgaon on NH-48 and passes Manesar, Dharuhera, Bawal, Neemrana, Behror, Kotputli and Shahpura before reaching Jaipur. It crosses from Haryana into Rajasthan at Shahjahanpur, where a valid e-way bill and invoice should be with the driver.

Most full loads reach Jaipur 1 to 2 days after loading. A part load takes 1 to 2 days longer because it is grouped with other bookings for Jaipur. If your goods must be there by a set time, tell us when you book so we can plan the loading early.

Example: a factory dispatch from Manesar

An auto parts supplier in IMT Manesar sends 8 pallets, about 5 tonnes, to a plant in Jaipur. A reserved 19 ft or 20 ft truck costs ₹20,000 to ₹32,000. As a part load, 5 tonnes at ₹3,500 to ₹5,500 per tonne is about ₹17,500 to ₹27,500. The saving is small, and a reserved truck gives a fixed delivery time at the plant gate, so most factories choose the full truck for loads of this size. GST is extra.

• 19 ft to 24 ft: regular factory dispatch and larger office moves.
• 32 ft or trailer: pallets, long items and heavy bulk loads.

Full truck or shared load

A full truck is reserved for your goods from Gurgaon to your Jaipur address. Choose it for large, urgent or fragile loads.

A part load is charged per tonne and shares the truck with other goods going to Jaipur. It suits small and regular dispatches that can wait an extra day or two.

Pickup in Gurgaon, delivery in Jaipur

We load from Udyog Vihar, IMT Manesar, Sector 37, Sohna Road, Khandsa, Sector 18 and other parts of Gurgaon. Pickups on the way, at Manesar or Bawal, can be added to the same truck if there is space.

In Jaipur we deliver to Sitapura Industrial Area, Vishwakarma Industrial Area, Mansarovar, Malviya Nagar, Bagru, Sanganer, Tonk Road and nearby areas. If the drop is inside the walled city, where large trucks are restricted, we plan a smaller vehicle for the last part.

Papers for interstate goods

• Tax invoice or delivery challan.
• E-way bill for taxable goods worth more than ₹50,000.
• Receiver name, address and phone number in Jaipur.

We hand over a lorry receipt (LR) when the goods are loaded.
