Availability for mini truck booking enquiries in Varanasi has been confirmed by the business owner. Confirm the actual date, addresses and proposed service arrangement directly before booking.
Choose a vehicle from the actual load
Share the item list, approximate dimensions and weight, pickup and delivery addresses, and date. A small truck may suit a limited load, but the vehicle choice depends on the actual goods and legal capacity. Ask which vehicle is proposed before accepting the quote.
Confirm loading access
Explain the road width, parking space, gate height and carrying distance at both ends. For building pickups, mention stairs and lift availability. Confirm whether the booking includes a driver only or also loading and unloading labour.
Agree the complete trip charge
| Booking detail | What to confirm |
|---|---|
| Route | Both addresses and any additional stops |
| Vehicle | Proposed load space and capacity for your goods |
| Handling | Loading, unloading, stairs and carrying labour |
| Time | Pickup window, waiting time and extra-trip terms |
| Charges | Taxes, tolls, parking and applicable extra charges |
Do not treat a headline rental rate as the complete trip charge. Request the final scope and amount in writing.
Prepare household or commercial goods
Pack loose items securely and label the delivery destination. Explain fragile goods, appliances or items that need dismantling. For commercial loads, ask which goods documents the transport provider needs and confirm them before dispatch. Keep valuables and original personal documents with you.
Responsibility and handover
Ask for the loss or damage reporting procedure and contact in writing. Do not assume insurance is included; any cover must have an insurer-issued policy identifying the goods, route, dates and terms. Retain the written quote, inventory or vehicle condition record, payment evidence and delivery acknowledgement.
